Great customer service from ordering of bed to delivery and installation

We could not be happier with the service provided by Sealy. As my husband developed a few physical problems, the firm mattress we purchased was no longer comfortable for him. The Sealy team arrived at our home on the designated morning, took the mattress and converted it to a softer one, returning it that afternoon. In one day of sleeping on the softer version, my husband woke with fewer aches and pains the next morning. Who could ask for more? Well done Sealy team!

One of our adjustable bed remotes did not work properly. I telephoned Sealy, spoke with Linda, who listened to my problem and then organised someone to come to our house and fix it. The workmen arrived on time, were polite and fixed the problem in a short space of time. No Fuss and no mess. Well done Sealy.

This would have to be the best mattress I have slept on. Having a bad back for years I have been searching for a quality mattress and this is definitely it.

We needed to deal with an issue relating to an accessory to our Sealy bed. We found Customer Service to be friendly polite and efficient. Our matter was effectively reviewed and within minutes we were advised the matter came under warranty and was resolved in 2 days with delivery of a new accessory. The key factor for us is firstly, that a Sealy warranty really counts for something, and secondly, that the customer service representative we dealt with was effective and efficient in resolving the matter.

I couldn't be happier with Sealy. All staff involved went above and beyond getting me a replacement remote and led lights for our Sealy adjustable bed. Zero gravity is perfect.
