I'm 72 and I'm increasingly finding a total lack of care in terms of business identity when it comes to customer service dealing with claims or complaints so it was a true spirit lifting experience working with the Sealy Customer Support team, they were the pinnacle of professionalism, utterly genuine, they truly cared.

They were able to establish the probable cause of our mattress concern and offered ways to resolve our issue, followed up each of my enquiries very quickly with polite, attentive and caring responses. Excellent Service From Sealy EVERY Time. Outstanding service from Sealy. This time I spoke with Sheena, she was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to help. Sealy is my go to brand for bedding. Has been for over 20 years. In the past 6 months, on seperate occasions, I've purchased 2 Sealy beds, but needed to buy different glides and headboard attachments. I emailed Sealy and they responded within hours by email and phone calls. The service each time has been outstanding. Other companies could learn from Sealy. The staff I've spoken to at Sealy are happy, friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too hard and don’t give up until the job is done. Then they follow up with a call or email to make sure everything is right. Just Excellent. Wouldn't buy a bed from anywhere else.
Sealy were quick to answer the phone and were able to help me immediately. I needed to lower the bed, and new legs were delivered within the week.
Excellent customer service. Sealy picked up 2 mattresses in the morning and took them for warranty repair, then delivered back that same afternoon. Delivery men were nice & knowledgeable. Thank you Sealy for this stress free warranty work.

I am extremely happy with this mattress in combination with the adjustable bed frame, I never realised how much an impact having the right mattress would make - I wake up feeling fresh and relaxed and comfortable every single morning since purchase. So far this mattress is as good as new with no signs of sag or distortion from adjustable base settings. Highly recommend
