As our new Sealy mattress, which was purchased online during lockdown, was a little too firm to our liking, contacted Sealy a few days later with our concern. Can we return it, can we exchange it? What to do Sealy? Sealy suggested a comfort change to the top part of mattress. They took the mattress in the morning and returned it a few hours later with an Ultra PLUSH Medici comfort layer. Best ever sleep now. So comfy... no more stiff shoulders and back. Thank you Sealy.

The Allure plush mattress is luxuriously soft on top with a perfect underlying supportive base. Both of us have back problems which have been non existent since getting this mattress. Very little sleep disturbance when partner gets up during the night. We have only had the mattress for a few weeks, no sagging at this point.

Bought Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Cottesloe firm queen 2 weeks ago from Bedshed . This is the best mattress ever. I have issues with my lower back and shoulder. My mattress was old and was causing my back pain. As we had lockdown I couldn't go and try out mattresses in the stores so I contacted the Sealy Concierge to find out which mattress to get. They were very helpful and told me to get this specific mattress. Since I got the new mattress my back pain stopped. It is now a week later and no back pain. I am just so happy with my mattress. Although it is firm it also doesn't affect my shoulder. It is just perfect.

I purchased a king Sealy Exquisite firm ensemble from Myer 5 years ago and I have to say it’s the best mattress I’ve ever bought. It still feels and looks like a brand new mattress! and it looks hardly worn. I love the support and comfort of this mattress and I feel so refreshed from getting a great night sleep. My previous mattress was a pocket spring and it was a fail. I bought a pocket spring because there was no partner disturbance but I wish I did my research beforehand. It was too soft and it offered no support for my hips and lower back. That lasted 2 years until it started sagging and I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. I’m so glad I bought a Sealy Posturepedic!

I had an issue with a colour mix-up on my Sealy King bed base. Having resigned myself to having to keep the bed I spoke to Sealy Concierge Jayden about getting low profile legs. In passing, I mentioned the colour issue and Jayden immediately got Ed involved and the issue was subsequently resolved with me getting the base in the colour I'd expected. All credit to Jayden and Ed for delivering the high level of customer support that one comes to expect with a brand like Sealy.
