I'm 72 and I'm increasingly finding a total lack of care in terms of business identity when it comes to customer service dealing with claims or complaints so it was a true spirit lifting experience working with the Sealy Customer Support team, they were the pinnacle of professionalism, utterly genuine, they truly cared.
In the last 50 years , Sealy is the only mattress brand I use. It brings happiness to me, I'm sleeping much better. Enjoying the product.

They were able to establish the probable cause of our mattress concern and offered ways to resolve our issue, followed up each of my enquiries very quickly with polite, attentive and caring responses. Excellent Service From Sealy EVERY Time. Outstanding service from Sealy. This time I spoke with Sheena, she was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to help. Sealy is my go to brand for bedding. Has been for over 20 years. In the past 6 months, on seperate occasions, I've purchased 2 Sealy beds, but needed to buy different glides and headboard attachments. I emailed Sealy and they responded within hours by email and phone calls. The service each time has been outstanding. Other companies could learn from Sealy. The staff I've spoken to at Sealy are happy, friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too hard and don’t give up until the job is done. Then they follow up with a call or email to make sure everything is right. Just Excellent. Wouldn't buy a bed from anywhere else.
Sealy were quick to answer the phone and were able to help me immediately. I needed to lower the bed, and new legs were delivered within the week.

Prompt, pleasant and productive customer service. We could not be happier with the service provided by Sealy. As my husband developed a few physical problems, the firm mattress we purchased was no longer comfortable for him. The Sealy team arrived at our home on the designated morning, took the mattress and converted it to a softer one, returning it that afternoon. In one day of sleeping on the softer version, my husband woke with fewer aches and pains the next morning. Who could ask for more? Well done Sealy team!
My grandson loves it. We were looking for a king single for our grandson when he comes to visit as he had grown too big for a single. We chose a Sealy king single and he is thrilled with it. We are hoping he will visit more often as he can now have a good night's sleep. I would definitely buy another Sealy in the future as the need arises.
Customer service is excellent! I cannot be more glowing in my review for the customer service for Sealy. My mattress was picked up before 10am and delivered back to me by 3pm in brand new condition. The guys were super efficient and friendly yet professional. Well done Sealy!
The service met more than my expectation. I had bought a mattress without bothering which comfort type in the range would be preferable to me as I have reflux. The one I bought was a medium comfort /pliability which was pushing on my stomach as I am a side-sleeper. I reached Sealy through my dealer. There was some waiting time. The expense, I found, was reasonable considering the result. The mattress was made firm and sent back to me on the same day! I could sleep peacefully without losing the comfort.
As our new Sealy mattress, which was purchased online during lockdown, was a little too firm to our liking, contacted Sealy a few days later with our concern. Can we return it, can we exchange it? What to do Sealy? Sealy suggested a comfort change to the top part of mattress. They took the mattress in the morning and returned it a few hours later with an Ultra PLUSH Medici comfort layer. Best ever sleep now. So comfy... no more stiff shoulders and back. Thank you Sealy.

I had an issue with a colour mix-up on my Sealy King bed base. Having resigned myself to having to keep the bed I spoke to Sealy Concierge Jayden about getting low profile legs. In passing, I mentioned the colour issue and Jayden immediately got Ed involved and the issue was subsequently resolved with me getting the base in the colour I'd expected. All credit to Jayden and Ed for delivering the high level of customer support that one comes to expect with a brand like Sealy.
We were very impressed with the courteous interaction with Sealy Customer Service from first contact and subsequent communication right through to the technicians who collected the mattress for a warranty assessment and who delivered the mattress back within a couple of days. This was customer service at its best and from which many others businesses could learn a thing or two. Thank you Sealy - very much appreciated.

We purchased a Sealy from Snooze and after sleeping on it for a month we realized that we had selected one that was too firm for us. We were surprised and relieved to learn that Sealy offer a comfort adjustment service on their mattresses which was very reasonably priced and we went ahead with booking the change. After purchasing our new Sealy ensemble, we were most impressed with the quality of construction and its superbly plush feel. However we desired a firmer feel, and after consultation with Donna, we were able to have our mattress expertly modified to our desired firmness. This was all done with expert advice and constant communications during the process .All with Covid occuring, and us living in SW Victoria, not in Melb. Everything was done to our absolute satisfaction, which is wonderful in an age where quality and service are hard to come by. Thankyou to Donna, and thankyou to Sealy. We had a great experience purchasing a Sealy bed base and mattress. We went to two stores with Sealy representatives and both provided us with excellent insights and tried to find the right bed for us rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive and top of the line. The purchasing process was also so easy and the customer service that was provided was excellent. We received the bed within in a week of purchase and are so happy with the mattress. We are both sleeping better and very happy we made the investment in Sealy.
I had the need to contact Sealy recently for a warrantee issue that turned out to be for a different branded product. The whole experience from lodging the claim, to the virtual inspection was well organised and communicated. Once we realised that the product was not a Sealy product, the Customer Care Agent, Beverley went above and beyond to help me locate the correct supplier and even contacted them on my behalf to explain what had occurred.
