At Sealy, the health and well-being of our employees, retailer partners and
customers is our priority.
Despite the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we still want to provide Australians
with the best sleep they can get. So we have adapted the way we operate, to ensure we can still meet
our customer’s needs.
Both we and our retail partners have implemented new measures to ensure our
local offices, stores and manufacturing facilities are observing safe protocols as per Australian
Government Guidelines.
Our Customer Advisory and Service functions continue to operate, although on a slightly more restricted basis.
To ensure safe social distancing practises are observed, we have made the difficult decision to restrict our in-home Customer Care services.
