Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Entry is via an online entry form at https://www.sealy.com.au/customer-care/warranty-registration and entrants must retain proof of purchase.

2. Entry to the Promotion is open to all Australian residents who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of Madad Pty Ltd, and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. The promotion commences on 16 March 2026 AEST at 8:00am and concludes on 26 April 2026 at 9:00pm AEST.

3. Maximum number of entries is capped at one (1) per eligible product purchased. All entries by the entrant may otherwise be declared invalid.

4. To enter the promotion, participants must:

1. Purchase (goods must be paid in full) any Sealy Posturepedic mattress purchased in Single, King Single and Single XL sizes (no other sizes form part of this promotion) in Australia between 8:00am AEST 16 March 2026 and 9:00pm AEST 26 April 2026.
2. Accept delivery of the eligible product on or before 7 June 2026 (allowing up to six weeks for delivery). Purchases delivered after this date are not eligible.
3. Complete the full warranty registration online at https://www.sealy.com.au/customer-care/warranty-registration by 9:00am AEST on 7 June 2026.
4. This automatically qualifies the entrant for one (1) entry into the draw.
5. Retain proof of purchase. Purchase receipts must be kept and provided on request. Entries without valid proof of purchase may be deemed invalid.

5. Free Gift – SAM Plushie Redemption

1. Each eligible purchase of a Sealy Posturepedic mattress in Single, King Single or Single XL size qualifies for one (1) FREE SAM Plushie RRP$28, redeemable via the Sealy of Australia redemption process.
2. Redemption details will be provided upon completing warranty registration.
3. Offer valid while stocks last. A total of 500 plushies are available via redemption with a total gift with purchase value of $14,000.
4. Limit of one (1) plushie per eligible mattress purchased.
5. Plushies are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize:

1. One (1) entrant will win a $10,000 Family Holiday by way of Flight Centre Gift Card(s).
2. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $10,000 (including GST).
3. The Flight Centre Gift Card(s) will be issued in the winner’s name and may be used to book travel, accommodation, or holiday packages through Flight Centre in accordance with their terms and conditions.
4. Gift Cards are subject to Flight Centre’s standard terms, including validity period and booking conditions.
5. The prize is not exchangeable, refundable, or transferable for cash.
6. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, spending money, meals, or upgrades, are the responsibility of the winner.

7. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office, 1299 Boundary Rd, Wacol QLD 4076, and will be conducted electronically via www.randomdraws.com.au at 2:00pm AEST on 10 June 2026.

8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

9. Winners will be notified via email and phone within five (5) business days of the prize draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winner (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published at https://www.sealy.com.au/posturepedic-singles-event/ by end of day on 17 June 2026.

11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and will only be awarded as a Flight Centre gift card or voucher unless otherwise specified.

12. The winner must claim the prize by 2 September 2026. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on the 3 September 2026 at 2:00 PM AEST at the same time and location as the original draw. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days and published with winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) on 10 September 2026 at https://www.sealy.com.au/posturepedic-singles-event/.

13. By entering, the winner agrees they may be required to take part in related publicity, including participation in ad-hoc media activity with print and broadcast media with reasonable advance notice.

14. By entering, you agree that Sealy Australia may use and share your entry, name and photo on the Sealy Australia website and our social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram and X/Twitter) for the purpose of announcing and promoting this competition and its outcome. If you are a winner, Sealy Australia may also contact you to request further participation or content in connection with the promotion.

15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website/associated services is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Consumer Law or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

18. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
5. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
6. use of a prize.

19. By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.

20. The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants’ personal information to run and promote this competition (including determining and contacting winners). This may include contacting the retailer where the purchase was made to confirm and validate the purchase. The Promoter may share personal information with trusted third parties who help conduct the prize draw and deliver prizes and may also disclose it to Australian regulatory authorities where required (for example, trade promotion regulators). All personal information will otherwise be handled in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.sealy.com.au/privacy/. You can request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a complaint, by writing to the Privacy Officer, Madad Pty. Ltd.
