Sealy has emerged as the best mattress brand in Australia at this year’s Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards.

The annual awards recognise the nation’s top brands across more than 100 categories. To determine the winners, Finder conducted an extensive survey of over 30,000 Australian shoppers to gauge their satisfaction levels with recent purchases.

In the best mattress category, Sealy outscored every competitor to take out the top prize. We received particularly high ratings for comfort, support and durability — 3 essential features of any mattress.

In addition, Sealy was recommended by an incredible 98% of customers that Finder surveyed.

Here’s a breakdown of how we performed across each metric.

Customer satisfaction ratings

  • Comfort: Customers scored Sealy 4.6 out of 5 for comfort, which was the joint-highest score in Finder’s survey. With ComfortCore layers and an extensive range of comfort options, this result is unsurprising.
  • Support: Sealy mattresses received an average score of 4.6 out of 5 for support. This is a testament to Sealy’s dedication to orthopaedic research and their coil technology.
  • Durability: Customers were equally impressed with the durability of Sealy’s mattresses, resulting in an average score of 4.6 out of 5. The high rating can be attributed to Sealy using locally sourced components of the highest quality and a generous 10-year warranty.
  • Value for money: Sealy received an average rating of 4.3 out of 5 for value. This is a solid result for a premium brand.

In earning the title of Best Mattress Brand at the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards, Sealy has cemented its position as the premium mattress choice for Australian consumers.
